Scope
Redesigning the agenda and integrating it into the existing WordPress website

Context

Impact SEE has a running WordPress website. The event agenda is one of its most important parts: attendees use it to check times, stages, sessions and speakers.

The problem

The agenda needed a complete redesign, while the rest of the website could stay as it was. The programme needs to make it easy to find the right day, stage and session, and see who's taking part.

What changed

  • The programme is easier to browse: day, stage, time and session provide a clear path.
  • Photos and roles help attendees recognise speakers.
  • The new agenda runs in Next.js alongside the existing website, and other sections can be modernised whenever the need arises.

What Corioders did

  • We redesigned the agenda's layout and appearance, organising the programme by day, stage and time.
  • We built the new agenda in Next.js and integrated it into the existing WordPress website.

The solution

Attendees choose a day and stage, then see sessions in time order. For each session, they can check the speakers, their photos and roles. The new agenda runs at the event website's existing address.
